Chief of Police Bio

Chief Kendall Perry has over 20 years of experience in the law enforcement field having served as Sergeant Patrol and K-9 Supervisor for the East St. Louis Police Department, Director of Public Safety for the JTC Academy and Patrolman for the Centreville Police Department. A native East St. Louisan and Lincoln High School graduate, Chief Perry also holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice from Lindenwood University. He also previously served as President of the Fraternal Order of Police for three years.
