Join Us: CSO Public Participation Meeting – Thursday, Nov. 20

The City of East St. Louis invites residents, business owners, and community partners to a Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Public Participation & City Updates meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 5:30–7:00 PM at City Hall, 2nd Floor, 301 River Park Drive.

Come learn about our plan to reduce sewer overflows, improve water quality, and how green infrastructure—like expanding a healthy urban tree canopy—can help manage stormwater and reduce pollution. Your input will guide future investments and priorities.

When: Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025 | 5:30–7:00 PM
