We have just recieved an early afternoon update from the National Weather Service concerning the threat for Severe Storms tonight. The timing is slightly delayed now arriving in our county around 8pm or slightly later. We have attached the slides from their latest briefing.
Additionally they cautioned that they are seeing a setup similar to what produced the St Louis Good Friday Tornado of 2011, the Jefferson County Tornado of 2019 and the Edwardsville Amazon Tornado of 2021.
