If you’ve received a decision letter from FEMA and disagree with it, you have 60 days to file an appeal.
🔹 Steps to Appeal:
1. Write an appeal letter detailing the documents or information needed.
2. Submit your appeal through one of the following ways:
• Online: Upload to your DisasterAssistance.gov account
• In-Person: Visit a Disaster Recovery Center (Find one near you at FEMA.gov/DRC)
• By Fax: Send to 800-827-8112, Attention: FEMA
• By Mail: FEMA, P.O. Box 10055, Hyattsville, MD 20782-7055
