INTERGOVERNMENTAL GRANTS DEPARTMENT
PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department, Community Development Group is in the process of preparing its Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2019. The plan is for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership programs. The County is in the process of determining the needs to be addressed in the 2019 Annual Action Plan. Examples of needs that have been addressed in our previous Annual Action Plans are: improving public infrastructure; conserving and expanding the County’s housing stock; and strengthening economic development.
