🏡 Unlock Your Dream Home in East St. Louis!
The City of East St. Louis is excited to launch a $250,000 Home Buyer Assistance Program to help families purchase newly constructed single-family homes in the Lansdowne Park Subdivision (25th Street & Gross Ave).
✨ Program Highlights:
The first 10 qualifying buyers will receive a $25,000 grant (paid at closing) to use toward the down payment on a Lansdowne Park home.
Buyers must agree to live in the home for at least 5 consecutive years.
$5,000 is forgiven each year until fully forgiven at year 5.
If the home is sold before 5 years, the grant is prorated and repaid.
Grant recipients will sign a Loan Agreement, Promissory Note, and Second Mortgage.
