ATTENTION: Mary Terrace Flood Buyout Residents

The City of East St. Louis will host a FEMA Forms Help Session on Monday, August 25, 2025, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM in the City Council Chambers (2nd Floor), 301 River Park Dr.

If you were displaced by the July 2022 flood (including renters), please stop by anytime during these hours. Staff will provide an overview of the process and assist you with completing the necessary forms.

• Notice of Voluntary Interest (to indicate your interest in the buyout process)

• FEMA FF-104 Declaration and Release (required to verify eligibility and allow FEMA to review your application)
