Monica Grandberry has over 28 years of experience in the field of Human Resources administration and management. For the past 16 years, she has served as Director of Human Resources for the City of East St. Louis and previously served as Human Resources Coordinator for the Delivery Network. Ms. Grandberry has a Master of Science Degree in Education with an emphasis in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Workforce Education and Development.
