   I would like to build a Mexican diner somewhere in your city. I realize east st louis is home to a lot of poverty and I would like to build a place where people can be treated respectfully, eat good cheap food, and so I can learn more about your community. I realize this is not a conventional idea. You may think I am full of it. The one thing I am full of is hope and I would like to bring hope to the area. Please bear with me as I get to know all of you. Thank you.
