Cortillian Andrews currently serves as Purchasing Manager for the City of East St. Louis. A native East St. Louisan, Andrews is a 1988 graduate of Lincoln Senior High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University. In addition, he has 23 years of logistics experience with the U.S. Army as a member of the President of the United States’ staff.
